Family Caregiver services allow a qualified family member to serve as the paid caregiver while the individual continues to live with their family. Care is delivered by a family member, with oversight and support from Tree of Life.

This service may be appropriate for individuals who are on the DD, SLS, and CES waivers, want to increase community involvement, are developing social, vocational, or daily living skills, and benefit from structured community-based support
