Tree of Life Supports & Services, LLC was founded from a deep passion for working within such a diverse and meaningful community. It grew out of nearly 20 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, from schools and day programs to residential settings and Host Home management. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that true collaboration between families, caregivers, and providers can have on the people we support.
That experience inspired me to create something of my own, a place where individuals know they come first. A place where health and safety are always a priority, while independence, personal choice, and meaningful goal achievement are actively encouraged and supported.
Advocating for our clients’ rights and supporting their goals, while ensuring their well-being, is the top priority at Tree of Life.
We don’t just say it, we show it through our consistent, compassionate, and person-centered interactions every day.

My work in disability services began early, supporting children with developmental disabilities by babysitting when their parents needed a break or to tend to other responsibilites. Those early experiences led to a long-term commitment to the field and shaped how I approach support today.
Over the past two decades, I have worked across schools, day programs, and residential services, including both direct support and management roles. This experience has informed a practical, person-centered approach that emphasizes consistency, respect, and stable support environments.
Tree of Life Supports & Services was created to reflect those values in practice, and the agency is structured to prioritize accountability, collaboration, and meaningful community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
Tree of Life operates with the belief that quality services are built through strong relationships, clear expectations, and ongoing support for both individuals and caregivers.
